The apartment is attached to the main house but has a private entry, full access to the laundry room, full access to the garage with work out equipment. The main bedroom has a deck with a view and market lights. A bathroom connects the main bedroom with the second bedroom/family/kitchenette. The entire rental is above the garage. The only walls shared with the rest of the house are in the stairwell. This rental will have full access to the pool/spa/BBQ and yard.

Kitchenette/living room has a Keurig coffee machine, Smart TV, microwave and comfortable couch seating.

Bedroom: Queen bed
Living Room/Kitchenette area: Queen bed + queen sofa sleeper

Firepit by the spa
Exterior bathroom by pool (not in photos) - toilet and outdoor shower

Available for infants: Pack n play with bedding; high chair; booster chair, bottle sanitizer; baby bath tub and stroller.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment. This rental does NOT include the entire home.

Owner lives on the property but will be scarce and quiet. Guests will have full use of driveway. Owner will not share any amenities with guests.

We want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping a comfortable and clean property is what is most important to us. We will be available anytime via messenger to answer any questions or concerns.
We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES
Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4-6% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4-6% charge is not refunded.

DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.

MARRIOTT GUESTS -- You are not charged a Waivo Fee. You will be asked to upload your credit card information to the reservation upon booking, this will act as the card on file (similar to hotels) in case any damages occur during your stay.
