    We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were very nice, friendly, and accommodating. The manager was especially understanding and considerate, which we really appreciated. Their excellent customer service made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you for making us feel welcome!

    We had a peaceful and relaxing staycation at the resort. Surrounded by beautiful nature, it was the perfect place to unwind, recharge, and escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The serene atmosphere made our stay truly enjoyable and memorable. We would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway close to nature.

    Well organized, kind and attentive staff, we felt safe and comfy, food are delicious and well prepared by the staff. Heads up to buy your own bottled water and extra snacks or food (they have guest kitchen) if you have kids. They have mini bar, store, ice cream, karaoke, billiards, pool, and you can order newly cook food and pizza. They have mineral water thru water dispenser but to be safe for our kids we asked the staff to buy us bottled water but store are far they need to ride their motorcycle. The resort is far from everything but we liked it to be away from the crowd and to have a quiet and relaxing staycation. 1 hr 15 mins drive to underground river and then 1hr 30 mins to PPS airport. Beach is ok you can swim but for us it's not swimmable. The beach area is really nice to chill and relax. They have tree house which is cute and we loved it. Hoping they will put screen doors to stop or to prevent bugs to go inside the rooms. They can help you too to book a tour easy and quick with the front desk. Wifi is slow. Bring mosquito repellent.
