The approximately 90 m² holiday home features a living area with a modern sofa, fireplace, and flat-screen TV (Wi-Fi), as well as an integrated, fully equipped kitchen with seating for 6-8 people. The living area has floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto the terrace with garden furniture, a parasol, and a barbecue (gas and charcoal). Also on the ground floor is a small combined living and sleeping area, suitable for 1, or at most 2, people, and a bathroom with a toilet, shower, washbasin, and washing machine.

Upstairs: A combined living and sleeping area for 2 people with a balcony (lake view), a double bed, wardrobe, display cabinet, and 2 armchairs. There is also a bedroom for 2 people (double bed 1.60 m, sideboard, TV) and a bedroom for 1 person (max. 2 people) with an IKEA daybed and chest of drawers, as well as a bathroom with a toilet and shower.
