The fully equipped kitchen includes an espresso machine with capsules and a filter coffee maker. Outside, you'll find a private garden, covered and open terraces, and 2 private balconies with wonderful sea and mountain views. The private outdoor pool is perfect for cooling off, and there's also an outdoor shower for your convenience. You can also enjoy barbecuing on the grill.
Parking is available on the street, and 1 pet is allowed. Events are not permitted. Beach towels are provided, and the villa's location is close to the beach.
Breakfast is not included in the stay. It is available for an extra fee. For families with children, a high chair is available. For active guests, a tennis court is a 15-minute walk away. Please do not use or take the property's towels to the beach. Towels are for use within the property only.
