Welcome to the CO Executive Retreat by CasaOasis — a stunning single-level modern farmhouse in Kathleen, Georgia where resort-style luxury meets everyday comfort. Whether you're here for business, a family getaway, or an extended stay, this spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath home is designed to help you relax, recharge, and feel right at home from the moment you arrive.
The space: Step through the private front courtyard into an open living room with a large sectional and Smart TV. The dining area seats eight, and the fully equipped kitchen has brand-new stainless appliances and a breakfast bar for four. Off the kitchen is a full laundry room, plus a carnival-style game and entertainment room for all ages. Outside, the private fenced backyard features a pool, fire pit, BBQ grill, and lounge seating, plus an Executive Pool Clubhouse — a shaded retreat right next to the pool. The pool is privately maintained year-round (unheated).
Bedrooms: Primary Suite — king bed, Smart TV, private sitting area, spa-inspired en suite bath, executive desk and mini fridge. Bedroom 2 — king bed, sofa bed, Smart TV, dresser and closet. Bedroom 3 — queen bed plus full bunk bed, Smart TV, dresser. Bedroom 4 — king bed, Smart TV, closet.
What's included: hotel-quality linens and blackout curtains, complimentary coffee and toiletries, high-speed WiFi, in-unit washer/dryer, carnival-style game room, private pool and clubhouse, fire pit and BBQ, executive workspace, keyless smart lock entry, and professional cleaning between stays.
Guest access: Guests have access to the entire home. Self check-in via digital smart lock — your unique access code is provided prior to arrival.
Other things to note: Check-in 4:00 PM / check-out 10:00 AM (early/late available on request, fee may apply; unauthorized late checkout $75 fee). Minimum rental age 21; garage not available for parking. Quiet hours 11 PM–7 AM, no parties or large gatherings — the City of Kathleen enforces local noise ordinances. No smoking anywhere on the property. Pets not allowed unless pre-approved ($175 non-refundable cleaning fee). Free parking for up to 4 vehicles. A pool use and safety waiver must be signed before check-in; the safety gate must stay secured and children/non-swimmers must be supervised. Streaming available with your own logins. Ring doorbell and exterior gate cameras only — no interior cameras. 45+ night stays include a mid-stay reset (maintenance, linens, compliance check). Guests are responsible for any damages.
