The space: The open-concept living area features a cozy fireplace, a recliner, and a foosball table, plus a solid counter-height dining table with benches and chairs. Bedroom 1 (Texas Theme): two twin beds (combinable into a king), office desk & chair, Smart TV, closet. Bedroom 2 (Modern King Movie Room): king bed and a projector, with Roku provided. Bedroom 3 (Boho Blue Sky Suite): queen bed, Smart TV, closet, and a private en suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 (Master Suite): king bed, sofa bed, dresser, and an office desk with chair. Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and quartz countertops. Corporate comforts: high-speed WiFi throughout, Smart TVs with Roku, hotel-quality linens & blackout curtains, fully stocked kitchen essentials, professional cleaning, washer & dryer with supplies. Guest access: Access to the building using smart lock access technology.
Other things to note: Check-in is at 3PM, check-out at 10AM (early check-in/late check-out available on request for a fee; unauthorized late check-outs incur a $75 fee). High-speed WiFi throughout. Quiet hours are 11PM-7AM; parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. No smoking anywhere on the property. No pets allowed unless approved in advance; a non-refundable $175 pet fee applies if approved. Free parking for up to 4 vehicles. Entry is via digital E-lock with a unique code provided before check-in (minimum age to rent: 21). A Ring doorbell and exterior cameras monitor the property for security only; no interior cameras. Stays of 45+ nights are subject to a mid-stay reset including maintenance, linen reset, and a compliance check.
