In Stokkemarke, this cosy 133 m² house is situated in peaceful countryside surroundings, with views of fields on one side of the property. Groceries can be bought at the local shop, approximately 400 metres from the house. The nearby town of Nakskov is about 15 km away and is known for its charming maritime atmosphere, featuring local shops, cosy cafés and delicious restaurants. On Lolland, you can also visit the charming fishing and marina on Langø, or Dodekalitten and Knuthenborg Safari Park, or the Medieval Centre, so you won’t get bored on Lolland. There are three bedrooms on the first floor, two with double beds and one with a double bed. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, an electric hob with oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine in the utility room. The living room has a smart TV and Wi-Fi. The holiday home has two bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. Both have a toilet, washbasin and shower. The holiday home is situated on a plot of 848 m², so there’s plenty of space for fun and games. The terrace features garden furniture, a parasol and a charcoal barbecue, so you can relax and enjoy yourselves. Not available for hire to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
