Treetop Hearth is a fourth-floor one-bedroom condo at Mountain Green with a private balcony and views across the treetops toward the mountain. The 613-square-foot layout sleeps up to four.

The separate bedroom has a king bed, reading lights, closet space, and a wooded outlook. A sectional sleeper sofa in the living room provides the other sleeping space. The living room also has a Smart TV and an electric fireplace.

The kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dishes, and enough counter space for everyday meals. The dining table seats four. The bathroom has a tub and shower combination, vanity storage, and a hair dryer.

Guests may use Mountain Green facilities that are open during their stay. Depending on the season and maintenance schedule, these can include indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, fitness center, lounge, winter shuttle, restaurant, and ski shop. Mountain Green manages all facility hours and closures.

The complex is close to Killington Resort. A car is useful for other base areas, restaurants, shops, and year-round activities. Winter tires and all-wheel drive are recommended during snow season.

Building 2 construction notice: Exterior work may cause daytime noise, scaffolding, and limited balcony access through December 2026. The rate reflects this work.

No pets, parties, smoking, or vaping are allowed. The primary renter must be 25 or older, quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM, and a signed rental agreement is required.
