About this house rental
A modern, small holiday home has been created from the former carriage house, suitable for a maximum of 3 people.
On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped fitted kitchen with an induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, etc., a bright bathroom with shower, toilet, and washing machine, and the living room with a sofa bed, ethanol fireplace, TV with sound system, and radio.
From the living room, you can access a 15 sq m terrace and the private garden.
A space-saving staircase leads to the upper floor with sleeping accommodations for up to three people aged 10 and over.
A sliding door separates the sleeping area with a double bed (140x200cm) from the sleeping area with a single bed (90x200cm).
Covered bicycle storage and e-bike charging are available in front of the house.
There is also a parking space and a car charging station in the courtyard.
