Designed for comfort and relaxation, this spacious holiday home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, featuring 4 generously sized bedrooms and 3 modern bathrooms. Ideally located, Serenity Place is just a 2-minute walk to the Mannering Park boat ramp and the beautiful shores of Lake Macquarie, making it the perfect spot for boating, fishing, kayaking, or simply enjoying the peaceful waterfront. You'll also find a variety of scenic walking tracks nearby, along with local cafés and shops, allowing you to experience the best of this relaxed lakeside community right on your doorstep.

Please Note:
The home features a fifth bedroom that is securely locked and reserved for the owner's private belongings. This room, along with the upstairs balcony that is accessed through it, is not available for guest use. The remainder of the home is exclusively yours to enjoy during your stay.

At the heart of the home is a fully equipped kitchen, thoughtfully stocked with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a dishwasher, coffee machine, and quality appliances. The adjoining dining area features a dining table, with additional seating available at the kitchen island breakfast bar. For those needing to catch up on work during their stay, a dedicated workspace is also provided. Alternatively, enjoy your meals outdoors at the alfresco dining table while making the most of the fresh lakeside air.

Step outside to the fully fenced backyard, where you'll find a spacious grassed area perfect for relaxing or for your four-legged companion to stretch their legs. Fire up the BBQ and enjoy outdoor dining on the deck, or simply unwind in the peaceful surroundings after a day exploring the area. House-trained pets are welcome upon request, making Serenity Place the perfect getaway for the whole family.

Important message for guests organising events.

We have a strict no party or events policy. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, so any type of events such as hens/bucks/schoolies/end of season sporting groups/birthday party celebration are not allowed. If you are unsure if your group falls into any of these categories please enquire before booking. We can easily determine if the house rule of “No parties or events” is disrespected, and this means additional charges, bond forfeited and/or eviction will apply.
