The registered guest occupying the condo must be 25 years of age or older.
Registered guests are required to complete the rental agreement and provide a credit/debit card to be kept on file to protect the property against damages.

RESORT REGISTRATION FEE
Shores of Panama resort amenities, wristbands, and parking registration are not included in the reservation price.
Guests are responsible for a one-time $90 registration packet fee, paid directly to the concierge in the lobby. The registration packet includes the required wristbands and parking permit.
