This holiday apartment for four people was completed in the summer of 2022 and is located in a beautiful North Sea resort, within walking distance of the "Perlebucht" family lagoon. The apartment welcomes you with an inviting hallway where you can conveniently leave your shoes and jackets. Both bedrooms feature a high-quality box-spring bed (180x200cm), a flat-screen TV, and a wardrobe with a mirror. Both bedrooms have pleated blinds for privacy, insect screens, and blackout curtains. One bedroom also includes a small workspace for one person, should you need to bring some work with you on holiday. The bathroom, with a bathtub and a large, walk-in shower, toilet, washbasin, and heated towel rail, also includes a washer-dryer, storage space, and a hairdryer. For young children, the bathroom provides a changing table, step stool, and toilet seat.









: ... The cozy and modern living area features a corner sofa, a 55" flat-screen TV, a radio, and a soundbar with Bluetooth connectivity. A fire in the fireplace adds extra coziness on cold days. The living area flows seamlessly into the dining area with a large solid wood table and comfortable swivel chairs. A small selection of books, board games, and (bicycle) maps are available in both the living and dining areas.

From the dining area, you can see into the modern, fully equipped kitchen, which leaves nothing to be desired. In addition to an induction cooktop, a built-in oven, a refrigerator-freezer, and a built-in microwave, the kitchen also includes an extra-large dishwasher. The kitchen's design demonstrates meticulous attention to detail.

Next to the bathroom is a storage room containing cleaning supplies such as a vacuum cleaner, mop, ironing board, and iron. Besides some storage space, you will also find a travel cot with a mattress and a highchair.

Outside, there is a designated parking space directly in front of the house, as well as... An additional parking space is available directly next to the house. A lockable bicycle shed with two bicycles is available for your use. The total living space is approximately 80 square meters. Please note that the Küstentraum holiday apartment is a non-smoking and pet-free apartment.
