The property provides two parking spaces: one in front of the garage and one shared with the adjoining neighbor.

Please note that **street parking is prohibited by the community HOA**. Guests are also asked not to use the garage for parking, as the property does not have an additional garage door opener and the garage contacts can become misaligned.

The property is located within a gated community. The two community gates are open from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
