The fully equipped kitchen makes it simple to cook and gather, while the private hot tub and fire table are perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. You’ll also have a golf cart to make getting around the community quick and convenient.

There’s plenty to keep everyone entertained, from arcade favorites like Mortal Kombat, NBA Jam, and Golden Tee to foosball, ping pong, and a great selection of games and puzzles. When you’re ready to get outside, enjoy paddleboards, a kayak, and beach gear for the lagoon, along with extras like pickleball equipment. Thoughtful touches throughout the home help make your stay comfortable and effortless.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kids’ crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is $15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact our team prior to arrival for registration details and instructions.
