121 33rd St A & B is professionally managed by Newport Beach Vacation Properties. Don't forget the sunscreen! The beach at 33rd Street is a great spot for enjoying most every type of water-based activity – surf, boogie board, bodysurf, skim board or just soak up the sun while watching surfers do their thing. A few houses from the beach north of the Newport Pier area with its surrounding shops and restaurants, you'll have a hard time deciding where to go first.
Neat and tidy with large sofas in both living rooms for the whole family to relax and share stories after a fun-filled day at the beach. Upper unit living room also contains a sofa sleeper. Laminate floors throughout the house make beach living easy. With dining areas in both units there is plenty of space for the family to gather around and enjoy your favorite meals.
Washer and Dryer is located in the laundry room.
The rental has a sunny front patio plus a large ocean view deck and a large side patio where you can store beach items like bikes and boogie boards. Fire up the BBQ located on the patio to grill favorite meals and create lasting memories.

- We do our best to stay on top of any remodels or construction happening near our properties, but construction can pop up in the City of Newport Beach without notice. By city rule, construction is only permitted Monday through Friday, 7am to 6:30pm.
