Shoreline Towers will be undergoing a complex wide waterproofing project beginning September 14th until April 23rd. This work will impact certain buildings at a time but there will be scaffolding, construction workers, and construction materials onsite during this time frame. Due to the scope of the project loud noise may be possible as well as dust. Currently, this project is not projected to impact any beach access.

Less than 4 miles away is the Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750-square-foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!
