The kitchen features granite countertops, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay, including pots, pans, silverware, and dishware. With additional seating at the kitchen bar and a dining table that comfortably seats six, there is plenty of space to gather for meals and memorable conversations.

The inviting living room features two comfortable couches and a wall-mounted flat-screen HDTV, creating a relaxing space to unwind while taking in the beautiful Gulf and partial harbor views. The condo comfortably sleeps six guests with a King bed in the primary bedroom and two Queen beds in the guest bedroom. The primary bathroom features a convenient walk-in shower, while the guest bathroom offers a bathtub and shower combination.

You must come to our main office for check-in and receive your parking passes before going to Dolphin Point. Our office is located at 842 Highway 98 East in Destin, FL 32541. After leaving our office you will turn left out of the back of the parking lot onto Gulf Shore Dr.  Follow Gulf Shore Drive until you reach the first stop sign.  Turn right onto Moreno Point Road.  Follow the road until it dead ends into Dolphin Point. The "A" building is first on the left, "B" is in the middle on the left, and "C" is on the right by the pool.
