Welcome to 261/265 Canal Estates – a one-of-a-kind vacation experience in the heart of Fort Myers Beach! This unique listing combines two brand-new, neighboring six-bedroom, six-bathroom homes, each with its own heated pool, spa, and canal frontage, offering the perfect setup for large families or groups looking to enjoy a luxurious coastal getaway. Together, the properties comfortably accommodate up to 28 guests.

Inside, you'll find modern elegance paired with coastal charm. Each home features open-concept living areas with pull-out sleeper sofas, well-equipped kitchens with large islands, refrigerators, ovens, and all the essentials for preparing meals. Guests can dine indoors or enjoy alfresco meals on the patios while taking in the serene canal views.

Each home offers a thoughtful bedroom layout for comfort and privacy:
261 Carolina Ave: On the second floor, you'll find a queen bedroom sharing a nearby bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a king bedroom that also shares a nearby bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a full-sized sleeper sofa on this level as well. The third floor features the luxurious primary suite, complete with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a separate tub and shower. Additionally, there are three guest bedrooms: one with a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and two king bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.
265 Carolina Ave: The second floor features two guest bedrooms—one offering both a twin bed and a full bed, along with an ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, and another with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a full-sized sleeper sofa on this level as well. On the third floor, you'll find three additional king bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom—two with walk-in showers and one with a tub/shower combo. This floor also includes the primary suite, complete with a spa-like ensuite bathroom featuring a luxurious soaker tub and a walk-in shower.

Step outside each home to your private oasis. Both properties offer heated pools and hot tubs, outdoor showers, and grills—perfect for relaxing under the Florida sun or enjoying evenings by the stars. Each home also includes Wi-Fi and two laundry rooms (upstairs and downstairs) for convenience, along with smoke detectors and deadbolt locks for peace of mind. While 261 Carolina does not, 265 Carolina features an elevator for added convenience.

While the homes are directly next to each other, each is completely separate with no interior access between them—guests move between homes via the outdoor spaces.

Guests should anticipate ongoing construction throughout the island following hurricanes Ian, Milton, and Helene, which may include noise, nearby building projects, increased traffic, or beach restoration efforts.
