The inviting living room features comfortable seating for six, a cozy Queen Murphy bed, and direct access to the fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar perfect for gathering after a day on the slopes. For added convenience, the condo includes a private washer and dryer.
The bedroom is designed to accommodate both comfort and flexibility, with a king bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. With its smart layout and ample sleeping options, this condo is ideal for skiers, riders, and mountain adventurers looking for a home base in the village.
Park your car in the secure underground garage (clearance 6’9”) and leave it behind—walk everywhere or hop on the free resort shuttle right outside the building. Heading to Ski and Ride School in West Village? Catching up with friends for apres at JJs Tavern in East Village? You’ll be there in no time. One vehicle fits in the garage, a second can be parked in Lower Ten Mile Lot with a pass, and additional cars can head to North Alpine Lot (free in summer, small fee in winter).

There is no smoking allowed in all properties. Pets are only allowed in designated "Pet Friendly" properties. An additional pet fee is required for each pet, with prior approval only. This is part of the reservation form with booking direct with for "Pet-Friendly" properties.

As in your own home, renters are subject to citations for noise violations, etc. handed down by public officials.
