The two guest bedrooms are equally inviting, each boasting generous space and comfortable queen beds, along with a shared full bathroom for added convenience. A dedicated laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer makes it easy to keep your gear fresh and ready for your next adventure.

Venture upstairs to the main living area, where culinary enthusiasts will love the fully equipped kitchen, featuring all the necessary appliances and cookware for preparing delicious meals. A charming garden window provides a picturesque view of the surrounding Tahoe forest, making cooking a delightful experience.

Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area showcases a stunning natural wood farmhouse table that comfortably seats eight, perfect for gatherings with family and friends. The living area is designed for relaxation, featuring a cozy bar with two stools, a pair of swivel chairs, and a brand new sectional couch that invites you to unwind by the wood-burning fireplace. Expansive windows frame breathtaking views of Martis Valley, filling the space with natural light. For entertainment, a flat-screen TV with streaming apps, along with a charming table and a set of four chairs, creates the perfect setting for memorable game or puzzle nights by the fireplace.

Step outside onto either of the two decks—one offering stunning views of Martis Valley, and the other providing a serene backdrop of the Tahoe forest (available late spring to late fall). Whether you’re enjoying a meal or simply soaking in the beauty of your surroundings, this space is perfect for creating lasting memories.
