This detached timber-framed house enjoys a quiet location in Mesenich, a little community in the Cochem holiday region, centrally located between Cochem and Zell, Koblenz and Trier. The house faces south and has a little outdoor sitting area. An outdoor seating area awaits you with a charcoal grill, for leisurely grille evenings. The owner can provide two 7-gear bicycles. You can park your car free of charge on a public parking space. The accommodation provides around 45m² of living space for up to two people and brings together modern comfort and the flair of old oak beams, stairs and floorboards. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, a mini oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine.
