Be home before sunset to watch the dazzling display of colors over the ocean from the open concept gathering space. Surrounded by windows overlooking the beach, the dining area for 6 offers a perfect spot for soaking in the views. The expanded kitchen is fully equipped for you to prepare meals with ease thanks to large counters and a full suite of appliances.

Gather around the fireplace and find your favorite movie on the flat-screen TV for a peaceful evening at home. The stylish, yet cozy living area offers a sofa and loveseat for relaxing together.

Treat yourself to the master suite, a remarkable hideaway with a king size bed, en-suite bath with a walk-in shower, and a private balcony featuring seating for two and panoramic ocean and Catalina Island views. A sleeper sofa accommodates additional guests.

The second bedroom is a second suite, with a queen size bed, sleeper sofa, and en suite bath with walk-in shower. The home sleeps eight in total, and an additional bathroom off the main living space ensures there’s never a wait to wash the sand off after a day at the beach.

There is also a separate back studio unit with an open spaced bedroom/living room area and a small kitchenette. There is a queen sized murphy bed and a twin sized trundle bed in the living area. At the bar of the kitchenette there are 2 stools and 2 extra chairs and side tables for make shift dining. The kitchenette is not fully equipped but it does have a stove top, a full sink, a microwave, and a small fridge.

Spend more time in the sun with an outdoor patio that’s all yours to enjoy. Wine, dine, and people-watch at a shaded table for four overlooking the beach, and grill up fresh veggies and seafood on the BBQ.

The home has a one-car garage, which houses a washer and dryer.

The boardwalk location places you within easy reach of the best of Newport Beach. Start your mornings with a tranquil stroll or bike ride, then spend afternoons sunning and swimming. Newport Pier offers a spot to cast a line or watch the sun go down over Catalina. There are dozens of amazing local eateries and bars within walking distance of your front door and the sand is just a few steps across the boardwalk from your front patio.

Other Important Details:
- Thanks to our cool coastal breeze, most Newport Beach homes do not have air conditioning (AC). Every home comes with fans so you can open the windows and enjoy the beach air like a local. If AC is important to you, please double check if it is listed as an amenity.
- Parking is provided at your rental unit. However, we cannot guarantee your vehicle will fit in the designated spot, so you may need to find street parking. Street parking can be impacted due to proximity to the beach.
- We do our best to stay on top of any remodels or construction happening near our properties, but construction can pop up in the City of Newport Beach without notice. By city rule, construction is only permitted Monday through Friday, 7am to 6:30pm.
