This beautiful unit was updated with brand new living room furniture and plush mattresses for all beds in 2021, to go with updated paint as well! The sofa-sleeper has a queen-size memory foam mattress. An open floor plan with 9-foot ceilings, crown molding, and large windows create a spacious atmosphere with expansive ocean views. A well-appointed kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and expansive granite countertops for a generous food preparation area.

There's plenty of dining area indoors for large family meals. An outside table and chairs offer additional dining flexibility as you soak in the ocean breeze and breathtaking views on the oversized lanai.
