Build your vacation memories at Phoenix VII unit 1517. The kitchen showcases white shaker cabinets, an apron sink, granite countertops, Samsung black stainless appliances, an island, recessed lighting and a Kitchen Aid ice machine has been added to compliment the kitchen design. The dining area has a round table that seats six with the island seating two.
The living area has a queen sofa sleeper, two reclining swivel chairs and two side chairs. For your viewing convenience, there is a 75" smart TV.
The master bedroom has a bayside view and offers a king sized bed, 65" smart TV, dresser, and chest. We have added a walk in shower to the master bath. The vanity has a granite countertop.
In bedroom number two, there are two queen beds, a chest and 55" smart TV. Bedroom number three, there is a king bed, a chest and another 55" smart TV.
The hall bathroom has fixtures consisting of pedestal sink, wall to wall mirror, tub and shower combination and tile walls.
This east end unit provides some amazing views--south and north. The south view is of the pass (watching the boats go and come is one of our favorite past times). The north view is of the bay side and you can see all the way to Flora Bama and Perdido Key.
