The living room offers a queen-size sofa sleeper, large flat-screen TV, recliner, coffee table, ceiling fan, and floor-to-ceiling windows with a sliding glass door leading out to the private balcony. Drapes provide added privacy while still allowing plenty of natural light to fill the space.
The fully equipped kitchen features white appliances, plenty of cabinetry, a breakfast bar with seating for two, both a regular coffee maker and Keurig, and a dining table that seats four beneath a beautiful chandelier. Tile flooring flows throughout the entire condo, creating a clean and modern coastal feel with no carpet.
The bathroom is conveniently accessible from both the hallway and the master bedroom and includes a single vanity along with a tub and shower combination featuring a handheld showerhead. For added convenience, the condo also includes a full-size washer and dryer.
