Remodeled by the Owner's in late 2022, this 1 bedroom 1 bath condo comes with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a fully equipped kitchen, and granite bath surrounds. It also has 1 king bed and 2 sleeper sofas in the living room. New 65" TV in living room as well as a 58" in the bedroom. This unit also has its own personal balcony with great views and 2 chairs.
