N3 Serene Escape Private Room with Ensuite

Location is amazing. I've booked & stayed a few times in this location & room. The bed feels a little hard but I have had amazing sleeps on these matresses. Beautiful home.

Not a grumble but more a suggestion. I know everyone has a mobile these days but a clock on a wall in the bedroom somewhere & what would be an amazing addition is a full length mirror, maybe in the wardrobe section.

We did not have breakfast but will next time

A firmer pillow would’ve better

Excellent location especially if you don't have a car. 2min walk to the bus/train station. The bed felt very hard but I have to say it was some of the best night sleep I have ever had. Also, even though there was an event going on about 5-10mins from here until 10pm, it was not a bother at all. Got to enjoy the music without it being over powering. Customer service is 100% I can't thank Celine enough for her quick & speedy response, when it was needed.

It's not a huge factor but I would recommend maybe a bit more information in english in regards to the door locks as they are spoken in Chinese (i think) but in saying that I am sure if you were having trouble, all you would need to do is contact Celine for help.
