RR Room Stay Room 3

It’s close to the airport, only 2£ with the bus. Budget price compared to other options. Convenient for a stop over between flights. The room is clean, you get a towel, bottle of water, and a small bottle of shower gel.

1. I didn’t receive the code to access the keys until after the checkin time, which is 3pm, which meant I was waiting at Heathrow arrivals (using the airport WiFi) for the code to come through on my email and my check in was delayed. I was annoyed about this after a long haul overnight flight because I could have had a shower and been resting 40 minutes earlier. 2. There is a camera pointed right outside the shower room. This should be communicated to guests prior to arrival so they know to protect their personal privacy. 3. I requested the WiFi code for my computer around 6pm, because the QR code only works for my phone, and I did not receive it until about 9.30pm which was quite late.

Calmo e tranquilo

Não teve nada que eu lembre que me incomodou

All good, thank you

Nothing

The kitchen was good, the room was fine. I didn't score the staff simply because I didn't interact with them other than to receive the arrival instructions which were accurate and helpful

The pillow was the thinnest I have ever seen, I'll bring my own pillow next time.
