About this cottage rental
You'll love this 60 m² single-story house, nestled in the heart of a large country estate. It comprises a main room with a lounge area, sofa, television, dining area, and fully equipped kitchenette. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190 cm), a shower room, and a separate toilet.
After your excursions, you can enjoy the courtyard with its picnic table and barbecue for al fresco dining. An outdoor laundry room with a washing machine and baby equipment (cot, high chair, baby bath, toys, books, and bibs) are available upon request. Parking is available in the courtyard. End-of-stay cleaning: €50. Pet supplement: €10 per day. Towels: €6 per person. The price includes: bed linen, electricity, and heating. A private jacuzzi is available for your use from June to the end of August, located opposite the cottage in the converted barn. In the northeast of the Dordogne, this house is located in a rural setting, 1 km from the Auvézère River, where you can enjoy fishing, swimming, canoeing, kayaking, hiking, horseback riding, and mountain biking in the magnificent setting of its narrow, steep-sided gorges, in the heart of a protected natural area. It is 12 km from Excideuil and 15 km from the Rouffiac water sports center and the "Le Clupeau" campsite, where swimming is also available. The campsite is 5 km away.
The house is situated in a small hamlet of several houses and near a cattle farm. Monique, a farmer herself, and her husband Michel will be delighted to welcome you and your children to their home a few kilometers away to discover their chickens (with egg collection included), rabbits, cows, calves, and vegetable garden.
Two cottages (24G10139), located on the same property, offer a wonderful opportunity to stay together while maintaining your privacy. An ideal solution for a holiday with friends or family.
