Excelent 2 Bedroom duplex apartment for holiday lets located in Praia da Rocha in Portimão, Algarve.
Spacious and well kept duplex unit set on the second-floor, comprising living room with balcony overlooking the southwester coast, service WC and equipped kitchen on the entry-floor, and 2 bedrooms on the top-floor.
The main bedroom has a double-sized bed and an on-suite bathroom with bathtub/shower, and the other bedroom has 2 single beds and an on-suite bathroom with standing shower.
The apartment has WIFI and Cable TV. It also has Air-Conditioning, and there is parking next to the building (subject to availability during the high season).
The apartment block is in a private condominium with lawned garden, sundeck and swimming pool, and is set just 2 minutes from the coast, 4 from the Praia da Rocha beach and main promenade, and has lots of amentities close by.

Arrival between 00:00 and 02:00 is subject to 40 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 19:00 and 00:00 is subject to 20 late arrival fee.
