The space
Originally built in the 1950s, this freshly renovated home blends timeless character with all the modern updates you desire. The bright, sun-drenched kitchen opens into the dining room, creating a wonderful space for everyone to gather. The living room invites you to get cozy for a movie night or some friendly competition with our collection of board games.
Downstairs, you'll find even more space to unwind, with a game area and a media corner. For those working remotely, a dedicated workspace/den at the back of the home provides a quiet, productive environment.
This home comfortably accommodates your group with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first floor includes one bedroom and one full bathroom, while the second floor has two additional bedrooms and a second full bathroom.

Street parking is available at the front of the home (not allowed during the winter months). There is parking at the back of the lot, accessible by the alley. From the rear parking, guests can enter through the fence gate at the back of the yard and follow the path to the back door.
