About this apartment rental
Enjoy watching the sunrise and viewing dolphins from the oceanfront balcony. In addition to seeing the sunset and weekly fireworks during peak season from the bayside balcony. Enjoy the newly updated and fully stocked kitchen. Fountainhead Towers (unit 904) offers a oceanfront pool, tennis court, and sun deck. Restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, movie theater, mini golf and Northside park are all conveniently located. The Fenwick Island Lighthouse and tax free shopping only are a few minutes away in Delaware.
No pets and no smoking please (including on the oceanfront balconies and in other common areas). Additional guests are not permitted. Maximum of six guests at one time.
Parking notes: A $50per vehicle cash non-refundable building registration fee is due at check-in. Please ensure that any parking permit is displayed at all times.
Property damage protection: $5000 coverage for $99 includes repair on broken items that is reported to the owner at time of damage (prior to departure). If damages are not reported prior to departure tenant/renter would be responsible to pay out of pocket for repair damages.
Extreme cleaning fee: If property is left needing extreme cleaning there is an additional $75 fee responsible by the tenant/renter.
Keys:
Pool keys and Bayside balcony key are located in the kitchen drawer next to the stove. Tenant/renter is responsible to replace any lost or missing keys at a cost of $30 per key.
