The detached villa is practically furnished. The property is located in a residential area. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property of the garden and the quiet, sunny waterside location. This holiday property is a family-friendly and romantic accommodation. The owner’s pets live on the property – cats as well as chickens with a cockerel. The chickens and the cockerel are in a separate, fenced-off area. The cats roam freely and may occasionally be near the covered terrace or on the lawn. For this reason, pets brought by guests are unfortunately not permitted. The landlord only lives occasionally in a separate building on the property. Access is via a track (gravel or crushed stone). Parking (for 2 cars) in carport. Parking at the house / under cover.
