We created comfortable spaces so everyone gets a great night of sleep. The cabin features two beautiful ensuite bedrooms, each with a plush king bed. The upstairs loft is a perfect space for kids, offering two twin beds along with two pullout trundle beds. We also provide a queen pullout couch in the living room for extra flexibility.

The fun never stops in our dedicated game room! Surrounded by panoramic windows and featuring its own deck, this space is packed with entertainment. Challenge your family to a race on the Nascar racing simulator, try for a high score on the multicade, play a friendly game of pool or air hockey, or relax and watch your favorite shows on the TV.

Go for a swim in the seasonal pool (open May through September, weather permitting). You can also relax with a small group at the beautiful community gazebo, which features an outdoor fireplace and a TV.

◆A FEW IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE◆
→ Maximum Capacity: The cabin sleeps up to 10 guests and allows for a maximum of 3 vehicles. The resort provides overflow parking that is within walking distance to the cabin.
→ Mountain Roads: The roads leading to the cabin are well-maintained and fully paved, with guardrails along many sections for added comfort. As with most mountain properties in the Smokies, the drive includes some uphill sections and a series of gradual switchbacks as you make your way to the top. Guests familiar with mountain travel should find the drive manageable, and the peaceful setting and beautiful surroundings are well worth the journey.
→ Hot Tub Rules: Guests must be 18+ or supervised by an adult to use the hot tub. Please avoid alcohol near the hot tub and use at your own risk.
→ Safety Cameras: For your safety, outdoor security cameras are in place. Tampering with these devices is not permitted.
→ Wildlife: Our cabin is in the woods, offering a peaceful mountain escape surrounded by nature. Because of the natural setting, you may hear or see some local wildlife. The cabin has a roof with no attic, so sounds like rain or the occasional squirrel on the roof may be more noticeable. It's all part of the cozy, close-to-nature experience! We also perform monthly pest control, but due to the forest setting, insects may occasionally find their way inside, especially during certain seasons. This is a normal part of being in the mountains, and we appreciate your understanding as we balance comfort with the natural environment. While bear sightings are rare, they are a possibility in this area. If you do happen to see one, whether in the park or near the cabin, please enjoy it from a safe distance and do not feed it. For your safety and theirs, it’s best to admire wildlife without interaction..
→ Early and Late Checkouts: We do our best to accommodate requests but are dependent on our cleaning team’s schedule. Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Unapproved late checkouts will be charged $50 per hour, rounded up to the next full hour.
→ No Open Flames or Candles: For the safety of all guests and our property, open flames of any kind, including candles, are strictly prohibited. A $100 fee will be charged if this rule is violated, plus the cost of any damages incurred.
→ No Parties: To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, parties and large gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Please keep noise to a minimum after this time.

◆FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS◆
→ What time are check-in and check-out? Check-in is after 4 PM, and check-out is before 10 AM.
→ Do you provide a grill? Yes, we provide an electric grill for your outdoor cooking needs.
→ Is the hot tub cleaned after every stay? Absolutely! The hot tub is thoroughly cleaned, drained, and refilled after each guest.
→ Do I need 4-wheel drive to access the cabin? If snow or ice conditions are present, we highly recommend 4-wheel drive or snow chains.
→ How soon will I get access instructions? Arrival details, including the address and door code, are shared 2 days prior to check-in.
→ Do you provide firewood? No need, the fireplace is electric.
→ Can I cancel if the weather is bad? Cancellations due to weather, natural disasters, power outages and other things that are beyond our control will not be refunded.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire cabin during their stay, with the exception of a locked owner’s closet. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the amenities offered within Legacy Vista Resort, providing even more opportunities to relax and make the most of your Smoky Mountain getaway.
