- We don't allow visitors from our guests for security reasons

- No smoking inside the property (if guests smoke inside, we will charge a $500 fee).

We have a pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside, especially if a door or window is left open.
