All plumbing functions properly, and lower water pressure is a normal part of mountain living in the area.
→ As a mountain property surrounded by nature, occasional insects or wildlife may be present despite regular pest control efforts.
→ The cozy cabin is a thoughtfully designed but compact living space. Guests seeking spacious accommodations may find the cabin smaller than a traditional home.
→ The cabin and stargazing dome sit on a mountainside and requires climbing several outdoor steps to access this part of the property.
→ The loft in the cozy cabin is accessed by a ladder and may not be suitable for young children, guests with mobility limitations, or anyone uncomfortable with heights.
→ The stargazing dome is transparent and does not have curtains. Nearby cabins may be visible during daylight hours.
→ The stargazing dome is typically not comfortable for daytime use from approximately March through October due to direct sunlight and heat buildup. It generally cools off nicely in the evenings, and an air conditioning unit helps maintain a comfortable sleeping temperature overnight.
