Guests have full access to the entire home, including all four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and the half bath. You'll also enjoy full use of the kitchen, dining area, living spaces, and the patio, along with the in-unit washer and dryer. Free parking is available on the property. Please note: the basement, garage, and one locked closet are private and not included in your stay.
This home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests across four spacious bedrooms, each with premium mattresses, luxury linens, and walk-in closets. The primary suite features a private jacuzzi soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. You'll also find two full bathrooms and one half bath, all stocked with fresh towels and toiletries. The open kitchen comes fully equipped with a smart stove, smart oven, smart microwave, Keurig cup coffee maker, cookware, and dishes, a dining table that seats 6 plus 3 additional seats at the marble countertop — ideal for gatherings. A dedicated laundry area with washer and dryer is available for your convenience.
Prior to your stay, we require you to complete our Pre-Arrival Form, and sign & agree to our Rental Conditions.
Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so we ask guests to be mindful of noise, especially after 9:00 PM.
This is a non-smoking, non-vaping property.
Unauthorized parties, gatherings or events are not permitted.
Maximum overnight occupancy is limited to 8, and all guests must be listed in the pre-arrival form.
