Additional sleeping space is available on the living room sofa, which converts into a queen-size pull-out bed. With 2.5 bathrooms, morning routines and evening wind-downs are effortless for everyone. The interior boasts a fully equipped kitchen with a formal dining room that comfortably seats up to 10 guests. Entertainment is at the heart of the home, featuring a cozy family room with a TV as well as a spacious main living room furnished with a massive sectional sofa and an 85-inch Smart TV. Individual window air conditioners in each bedroom, the dining room, and the living room ensure personalized climate control throughout your stay, complemented by high-speed Wi-Fi and an in-unit washer and dryer.
Outdoor adventure is built right into your stay with access to a 4-passenger golf cart for effortless neighborhood cruising and a 2-person kayak to explore local waters.
