About this house rental
Villa Marisol is a large, colonial-style vacation villa in Playa Chiquita, Sosua. The outdoors of the villa has a pool and a BBQ area with a big lush garden. The price includes professional 24-hour management, security, and daily maid service. Villa Marisol is perfect for gatherings with family and/or friends. On various occasions, it has been used for events such as weddings and honeymoons.
On the second floor on each wing there is a master bedroom each with their own bathroom and balcony with a view to the pool and the Atlantic Ocean.
On the same floor, on the center, you find the office with a computer and internet and a double bed, in case needed.
Meanwhile, on the first floor we have three tropical themed guest bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
In the sub-basement of the villa you will find a billiard table, a flat screen TV, and an additional bedroom. Even though this property is published as a 6 bedroom villa, there are additional bedrooms available in the basement, in case the guest needs extra space. The total capacity is 18 people. On that same level you will find two more bedrooms with queen size beds.
On the outside of the house, around the patio you will find a pool with sundeck chairs and a BBQ grill to the side that is able to host a large group of people.
Please note the villa is oceanfront, not beachfront. The nearest beach is about a 5 minute walk.
Don’t hesitate to reach out for recommendations. We are more than welcome to arrange airport pick up and drop off at a special price, hire a private chef, spa services, and any travel planning/excursion booking.
Additional notes:
- A one-time cleaning fee of USD $50 is added to all reservations at the time of booking. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional cleaning fee of USD $50 per each additional week will be due and will be collected through a reservation modification.
- Check-in window frame is from 3:00pm - 5:00pm. Check outs at 11am.
- Early check-in (before 3:00 PM) and late check-in (after 5:00 PM) are available upon request, subject to availability, and incur an additional fee of USD $20.
- Late check-out (after 12:00 PM) is available upon request, subject to availability, and incurs an additional fee of USD $20.
FOR EVENTS:
· There is a 3-night minimum stay for events.
· The rate for the night/day of the event is $1,200.
· The standard nightly rate applies to any remaining nights.
LONG TERM RENTALS:
LONG TERM RENTALS have a jaw-droppingly discount applied but this price EXCLUDES electricity, laundry and housekeeping. The electric meter would be read at check-in and then at check-out and would be paid in cash based on consumption. There is a washing machine and dryer in the building/condo at no additional cost. Guests must provide their own detergent.
