Meticulously rebuilt by a master carpenter, the home honors its original charm while living like new. Walk to the lake and the Sundancer Grill, enjoy nearby hiking and endless lake activities, and explore the gateway to Texas Hill Country wine country. This custom single-level 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home was thoughtfully rebuilt with a focus on craftsmanship, design, and comfort. Oak hardwood flooring runs throughout the entire home, creating warmth and continuity from room to room. Large windows fill the space with natural light and highlight the clean lines and custom finishes.
The home sleeps 6 comfortably, with two bedrooms plus a pull-out couch in the living room. A Pack ’n Play is available for guests traveling with babies.
