About this apartment rental
Fachwerk is a distinctive studio within Gruene Cottages, ideally situated between historic Gruene and downtown New Braunfels. At the cottage community, guests can swim in the shared pool or enjoy a meal in the picnic areas. While exploring the area, spend your days listening to live music at Gruene Hall, floating the Guadalupe or Comal Rivers, browsing local boutiques and wineries, or cooling off at Schlitterbahn Waterpark.
The Space:
The name Fachwerk comes from the German architectural style that inspired the room's design. Brick, rock, and wood details cover the walls, while wood floors reinforce its rustic German character. Set up for two guests, the studio features a smart TV with cable and a small dining table for meals or morning coffee. A microwave, mini fridge, and single-serve coffee maker provide convenient options for heating light bites, storing drinks, and preparing coffee before heading out in the Hill Country.
This studio comfortably sleeps 2 guests in a king size bed.
This home also includes a full guest bathroom with a single vanity, a walk-in shower, and a clawfoot tub.
