The open-concept kitchen and living area is perfect for families and friends to cook, relax, and enjoy time together. The home features 4 bedrooms: 2 with comfortable king-size beds and 2 with bunk beds, each accommodating up to 4 guests.
The garage has been transformed into a fun Game Room with a PS4, pool table, and air hockey table. Bring your favorite games or log into your own PlayStation account and keep the fun going after a day at the parks.

- Allowed vehicles: Cars, SUVs, and passenger vans with a maximum capacity of 16 passengers.
- Not allowed: Trucks, trailers, buses, jet ski trailers, boat trailers, U-Haul vehicles, or similar commercial or oversized vehicles.
STARTER SUPPLIES
The home includes a limited supply of starter items for your arrival:
* 1 dish sponge
* 1 roll of paper towels
* 1 dish detergent
* 2 trash bags
* 1 small bar of soap per bathroom
* 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
* 1 dishwasher capsule in the kitchen
Please stop by the nearest supermarket to purchase any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, and pool towels are provided according to the number of guests staying at the home.
- Washcloths (small towels used for bathing) are available upon request and must be requested in advance.
- Pack ’n Play and high chair are available upon request for an additional fee.
- BBQ grill rental is available for a one-time fee of $50 per stay and must be requested in advance.
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the property.

This community requires all adult guests to be registered for gate access.

EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS
If you are not planning to request an early check-in or late check-out, you may disregard this section.
We understand how convenient early check-in or late check-out can be, and we always do our best to accommodate these requests whenever possible for an additional $50. However, due to the popularity of this home and the possibility of last-minute reservations, these requests cannot always be confirmed in advance.
Early check-in:
Early check-in can only be confirmed one day before your arrival. Approval depends on whether the home is occupied the previous night and whether our cleaning team has enough time to prepare the property before your arrival.
Late check-out:
Late check-out is more difficult to accommodate because a new reservation may be received on the same day, sometimes only a few hours before the standard check-in time.
Our cleaning schedules are arranged in advance, and extending the check-out time can significantly affect the cleaning team’s route and the preparation of the home for incoming guests, especially during busy seasons.
For these reasons, all early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
HOUSEKEEPING
Daily housekeeping is not provided. Additional cleanings are available upon request for the regular cleaning fee.
FOOD
For the safety and protection of all our guests, no food items are left in the home, including condiments, seasonings, or any other food products.
POOL HEATING INFORMATION
1. Pool heating is available for $35 per day, with a minimum of 2 consecutive days.
2. The maximum pool temperature is 92°F.
3. Pool heating must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
4. It may take approximately 12–24 hours for the water to reach a warmer temperature.
5. If the home has an attached spa, please note that it is not a jacuzzi. It does not have massage jets, although the bubbles provide a gentle massaging effect. The spa can only be heated together with the pool, and both will maintain the same temperature.
6. Pool heaters operate through heat exchange and can typically increase the water temperature by approximately 15–20°F above the outdoor temperature, depending on weather conditions. For example, if the outdoor temperature is 60°F, the pool may only reach approximately 75–80°F. During colder weather, higher water temperatures cannot be guaranteed, and refunds cannot be provided due to weather-related heating limitations.
PACKAGES / ONLINE PURCHASES
Some delivery drivers may leave packages at the front door. Please be aware that the front door is exposed and visible to anyone passing by, so we cannot guarantee the safety of unattended deliveries.
For greater security, we highly recommend using smart locker services offered by Amazon, USPS, and other delivery companies. These services provide a safer and more convenient way to receive packages during your stay. Simply search online for the carrier’s nearest locker service and follow their instructions.
SECURITY CAMERA
Please note that, for security purposes, this home is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera and an exterior camera overlooking the driveway. Both cameras are located outdoors and monitor the home’s exterior areas only.
