Atlanta Luxury Rentals is the exclusive provider of luxury accommodations at Ponce City Market.
Walking through the front door, guests are greeted by a bright, open and airy ambiance with a focal point that draws the eyes towards the spacious living room. This comfortable and convenient space is decorated in upscale style with an elegant gray sofa, modern leather armchairs and a beautiful glass coffee table all standing upon a plush area rug. A large flat-screen television is mounted on the wall above the sofa making it simple to enjoy a movie night in when the inspiration strikes. Guests only have to look up to admire the intricate lighting scheme and unique chandeliers from anywhere in this loft. In fact, it was these one of a kind features that provided the inspiration for the name “Edison Loft.”
Edison Loft enjoys a large kitchen area complete with ample cabinet space, beautiful countertops, and stainless-steel appliances as well. The two-person dining room table sits just adjacent to the kitchen and the walls that pull these two areas together are decked out in modern art that speaks to a sense of balance and style.
The living room of Edison Loft opens up to the sleeping area which hosts an ultra-plush King bed that comfortably fits two. This loft includes a bathroom complete with a stand-up shower and full tub made for a relaxing night in.
Edison Loft's place at Ponce City Market means guests who book this property will enjoy access to some of the most charming and historic benefits available. At 80-years of age, this building was a southeast hub for Sears Roebuck & Co. which means every rental includes beautiful and original features such as brick walls, concrete block, and details that offer textural character.

To enhance your visit, each property comes installed with smart-home technology. Our properties have keyless entry, a noise detector, and a smoke detection device. This allows us to respond to noise nuisances and smoke detection without disrupting your stay. All devices are 100% privacy compliant. The noise detector only measures noise levels and does not record any conversations, while the smoke detectors only detect marijuana and cigarette smoke. Tampering with either device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 fine. Initial violation will receive a courtesy warning, and the second violation will result in fines of up to $1,000 and guests will be subject to immediate eviction without any refunds. This was by far the most enjoyable rental experience I’ve had in a long time. From great communication from the moment I booked, to exceptional guidance and support leading up to and on the day of my arrival, to incredibly clean, comfortable and spacious accommodations in a fantastic location. The property was exactly as described and was very clean and fully equipped. There were some inconvenient elevator issues but other than that I highly recommend this property.

Loved everything about this day. Super clean, well decorated, amazing view, obsessed with the windows (the view!), and some of the best shopping and dining is just a few steps away (and the beltline was just a short elevator ride away!). Definitely staying here again! It was perfect.
