This newly renovated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo offers a community pool and free on site parking. Just a quick drive to Main Street and a 5 minute drive to Barefoot Landing this condo is the ideal location to entertainment, restaurants, golf and much more It’s also walking distance to two local beachfront bars and restaurants.

This condo has been recently renovated.
Starting with the new paint, new shiplap wet bar, new flooring, new kitchen appliances and a new large window view sliding glass door and fully usable decorated screened in balcony with ocean and pool views.
The kitchen has new granite counter tops, new stainless steel appliances and new kitchen supplies (i.e Keurig). It is fully stocked with everything you need including Keurig, blender, toaster, utensils, cocktail glasses and more. There is a bar top with two stools, and a dining table that seats 4.
All bedrooms have updated bedding so our guests can feel right at home.
All rooms have SmartTVs. And both bedrooms have full length mirrors.
We pride ourselves in the cleanliness of our condo which you will see first hand.
Community Amenities: Walkway beach access, Pool, sundeck with chairs, charcoal BBQ grilling area
Unit is located on the third floor (no one above you). The building does not have an elevator.
