• No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets result in a $350 fee and may require immediate removal with no refund.
• Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
• This home is the downstairs guestroom of the 2nd building on the left as you enter the property.
• For more space, larger parties are encouraged to book Pecos, which adds a living room and an additional sleeping accommodation.
• Please also note that this unit is part of a larger rental property that includes several smaller units and combination units, so guests may see other guests coming and going and enjoying the shared common areas such as the parking areas, pool, playground, and grounds.
• This property is equipped with external security cameras located on the outside of various buildings, actively monitoring shared common areas including the parking area, pool, and playscape.
