The property sleeps 11 comfortably, 12/13 with a futon/air mattress. Need more accommodations? Check out Stone Boat Farm Inn directly across the street. The property has one main home, a stylish contemporary two bedroom, two bathroom home thoughtfully designed for comfortable living and two charming tiny homes each with their own unique character. They are very close together within view of each other. Included on the property is a beautiful pond with a sandy beach and cascading waterfall which creates a private oasis right outside your door. Sit, relax and enjoy the large private yard and beautifully landscaped gardens throughout the property.

Located in the Village of beautiful Jamaica, Vermont. Beaver Pond Compound puts you close to some of Southern Vermont’s best outdoor adventures. Stratton Mountain is just 10 minutes away, with several other ski mountains, golf courses, hiking trails, swimming holes, charming Vermont towns, restaurants, and seasonal activities all within easy reach.

The sandy pond is to enjoy & swim at your own discretion! I can’t guarantee there aren’t a few tadpoles swimming around.

The sleeping setup includes:
1 King Bed • 4 Queen Beds • 1 Twin bed• Sleeps Up to 11 comfortably. We can accommodate up to 12/13 with our provided queen air mattress & futon roll out mattress.

The bedroom arrangements are-
The Main home has two private bedrooms each with a private full bathroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a full-size futon mattress in the closet and baby sleeping space. Please note this is for infants only. Not toddlers! The space is shared with the utility storage but blocked off from one another. It is connected to the master bedroom and has a pocket door for privacy. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a XL twin size bunk active. A queen air mattress is provided in the closet.

The brown tiny home has a queen size bed, full bathroom, full kitchen and a washer and dryer!

The blue tiny house has two queen size beds, full bathroom, full kitchen & washer/dryer! This home has a steep ladder to the loft bed. I would suggest this home being more suitable for older children or young adults!

All 4 bedrooms have a flat screen smart TV

Each home is equipped with ground coffee, tea, and sugar for our guests to enjoy!
