Located right near Wake Forest University, this top-floor two bedroom one bathroom apartment has new floors and a new kitchen w/ appliances & off street parking. It is walkable to WFU and Reynolda Village and a short drive to the Coliseum, hospital, Graylyn, Downtown & the Innovation Quarter. It’s perfect for folks wanting to be close to the university or hospital. It features a large deck and plenty of off-street parking. The apartment is stocked with coffee, tea, a French press & cooking essentials. One bedroom has a king bed & the other has two twin beds. We do not use scented cleaning products or detergents, and pets are not allowed which helps us to keep this apartment allergen free. This apartment does require walking up steps for entry so unfortunately is inaccessible for people using mobility chairs
