-Our home is full of things we love. While staying here we ask for you to share the same love and respect towards our home, neighbors, and everything in it.
-We ask that if you are not using the hot tub to please close the lid.
-DO NOT get in the hot tub if you have come from the beach or have any dirt, debris, or sand on your body. If we have to drain the hot tub due to sand guest will get charged an additional hot tub cleaning fee. There is an outdoor shower by the fence. If you go to the beach you can wash your feet and body off here as to not track sand in .
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- 1 Dog is allowed. Must be less than 20 pounds.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
