Quaint thatched Finnish cabin near Rostock
Our cozy Finnish cabin is located right next to Rostock’s city forest and offers peace and relaxation surrounded by nature. Taken over in 2024 and lovingly furnished, this vacation home accommodates up to four people and is ideal for couples and small families. Upon request, we’re happy to provide a travel crib.
The vacation home features a heated living area with a kitchenette, a pull-out couch, a TV, and a radio, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet. A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, which has four built-in beds. The kitchenette is equipped with an oven, two induction cooktops, a refrigerator, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, and dishes and silverware.
A terrace with benches, a seating area with six chairs, four lounge chairs, and a beach chair invite you to relax. The Rostock Heath begins right outside the front door and offers ideal paths for walking, jogging, and biking. The beaches at Markgrafenheide and Rosenort are about a 30-minute bike ride away.
The Finnhütte Am Köhlerhof is available for booking from May through October.

We took over this small vacation home in 2024 and lovingly redecorated it. The heated living area on the first floor features a cozy sitting area with a pull-out couch, a well-equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, where four built-in beds are available.
