For parking, we recommend reversing your car into the side car space next to the house, as this makes entry and exit much easier.
Consumables & Amenities Policy
We provide a complimentary starter supply of essential items (such as toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, and detergents) to help you settle in comfortably for your first few days. Because this is a self-catering property, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional consumables or refills needed for the remainder of their stay.

Only registered guests may stay overnight. Visitors require prior approval.
Parties and events must be pre-approved by the host.
Quiet hours are 10 pm–7 am. Please respect our neighbours.
No smoking or vaping indoors. Dispose of cigarette butts safely.
Pets require approval before arrival.
Please look after the furniture and keep the home reasonably clean.
Place rubbish in the bins provided.
Use only the designated parking areas and keep driveways clear.
Switch off lights and air conditioning, and lock doors and windows when leaving.
Report any damage or maintenance issues promptly.
Before checkout, wash used dishes, remove rubbish and return keys as instructed.
